Teacher Bio:
Amelia Rosenberger is a 500-hr E-RYT and a member of Yoga Alliance. She received her first yoga teacher training at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat in the mountains of Colorado. There, she studied the asanas and pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Her second training is in Yoga Therapy from Kripalu School of Yoga. Amelia’s yoga journey started her freshman year in college when she attended yoga classes. Those classes quickly transformed from simply fitness classes into a practice that would benefit her life in multiple ways. Amelia has experience teaching various styles of yoga and workshops and has been leading training at Black Swan since 2023. Amelia loves attending yoga workshops and yoga classes and traveling to experience different teaching styles because she considers herself a student as much as a teacher.
Whether you have your 200-hour Teacher Training or are interested in more experience in your yoga practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.
All participants will meet from 6 pm -9 pm in person at BSY Anderson.
